Privacy Policy

通道 Tongdao is a service of Cloudverse Solutions LLC (Texas). This page describes what information we collect through tongdao.ai and how we use it. Plain English. No dark patterns.

1. What we collect

Only what you give us directly. There is no analytics tracker, no third-party advertising pixel, and no behavioral profiling on this site.

• Contact form: the name, email, optional business name, and the message you type into the form on the home page.
• Chat widget (if you use it): the messages you type into the chat box, plus the email you provide if you choose to leave one for follow-up.
• Booking calls: if you book an AI Health Check, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the information you enter on its own page under its own privacy policy.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, URL, timestamp) for abuse prevention and uptime monitoring. These are not used for marketing.

We do not collect financial information, government IDs, health information, or anything else through this site. If you are a medical or dental practice and we end up working together, any patient-identifying information stays inside your existing systems — not on this website.

2. How we use it

We use your contact information for one purpose: to reply to you about the inquiry you submitted. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with data brokers, or add you to a marketing list.

We may use your message contents to prepare for our conversation (e.g. researching publicly available information about the business you mentioned).

3. Third parties that process this data

When you submit the contact form or use the chat widget, your submission passes through a small number of trusted service providers whose job is to deliver the message to our inbox:

• Vercel — hosts the website and runs the contact form endpoint.
• Resend — delivers the transactional email that notifies us of your inquiry and sends you the auto-confirmation reply.
• Namecheap Private Email — hosts the inbox that actually receives your message (info@tongdao.ai).
• Anthropic — powers the chat widget on the site. If you use the chat, your typed messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the reply. Anthropic processes the message under its own privacy policy and does not use it to train models.
• Calendly — used only if you choose to schedule a call.

Each of these providers is contractually committed to processing data only on our behalf and not for their own marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails stay in our inbox until the conversation is clearly finished and there is no reasonable chance of a follow-up — typically 12 to 24 months. If you ask us to delete your email and message history sooner, we will.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm whether we hold any data about you, and tell you what.
• Delete your contact form submission and email thread.
• Correct anything we have on file that is wrong.

6. Cookies

This site does not set any tracking cookies. The only browser storage used is whatever the embedded Calendly or chat widget needs to function while you have the page open.

7. Children

This site is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on the home page or in a direct email to anyone we have already been in contact with.
